This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit qriousventures.com and its subpages (the "Site") or interact with our services, including contact forms and Modern Manuscripts integrations.

6. Sharing & processors

We use third-party processors to operate our Site and collect/store data. Key processors include:

• Mailing list providers (e.g., Mailchimp) — if you subscribe to newsletters (we will list actual provider when used).

7. International transfers

We retain contact form responses and related data for 24 months by default, unless you request deletion earlier. For product-specific data (Modern Manuscripts), retention is determined by that product’s policy; see the product page or contact hello@qriousventures.com.

Google Forms embedded on the site collect data you enter directly into the form and store it in Google Sheets/Drive. Embedding Google Forms is a means of collecting data directly into Google’s systems; you must consent to submitting data and you should read Google’s privacy policy.

If you upload files via forms, they will be stored in Google Drive. File uploads require sign-in on Google Forms. Do not upload sensitive personal data unless explicitly requested and instructed how it will be handled.
